The Branson Lakes Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is thrilled you have an interest in participating in one of our upcoming FAM weekends. We believe that coming to see Branson and the Lakes Area firsthand is the best way to truly determine if our venue would be a good fit for any of your future programs.
As much as possible, our CVB staff customizes each set of FAM tours so that you will be shown the types of facilities that best fit your needs. We don’t want to waste your time showing you things you would never use. So that this personalization can best be accomplished, we ask that you share some information with us about what you do and the types of events you plan.

FAM Weekend Overview
Once we have received and processed your application/registration form you will receive a confirmation of your reservation with additional itinerary details. The FAM includes these complimentary meals: a Friday evening welcome reception, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch for you and one adult guest. A hotel room will be booked for two nights (Friday and Saturday) at one of our participating lodging properties. The guest room itself will be provided complimentary – however, should you have any incidental charges (such as: pay-for-view movies, room service, phone calls) these additional costs will be your responsibility. Gratuities for bell staff, house keepers or doormen will also be left up to each individual guest.
Your site visit will include site tours of several hotels, resorts, new convention center plus local attractions. Based on the information you have provided us here, we will do our best to select facilities that we feel are a good “fit” for your group and the types/sizes of events you plan. If you are able to send us sample agendas of previous events, that would be helpful. Please let us know if you are keen to see anything in particular – so that we ensure it is a part of your weekend. All meals will be taken together as a group.
You will receive an itinerary prior to your visit with your hotel confirmation information. You will be contacted by your BLACVB sales representative who will coordinate your shuttle service to/from the airport (if needed). A welcome packet of information will also be waiting at your hotel when you arrive and it will contain specific FAM instructions, maps, name badges, list of other attendees and so on.
